After months of searching for the right breeder, I finally found Janell and her crew of pups.

She provided regular updates on all puppies with FaceTime calls and lots of videos and pictures. She was easily accessible and has provided after care support when I needed some help introducing him to my 5yo staffy.

Shaq is a smart smart puppy with lots of personality. He’s confident, healthy and a beautiful puppy.

When I contacted Janell to enquire about a new puppy for my family and then became upset about replacing my 12yr old Staffy we had lost months earlier Janell created a beautiful experience in such a compassionate and supportive way by taking the time to listen and helped me accept it was okay to love another Staffy and it didn’t bother her that this call was well over two hours
Janell kept us right up to date from that day on about our new puppy who we now call Alfie with lots of photos, videos and messages on his growth, development and funny little ways
When the day finely came to pick Alfie up and bring him home Janell showed how much she loves what she is doing with her Kennels by proudly giving me a tour around her breeding dogs she has now and shared stories about her competitive days of showing dogs all over the state
I left with a very well cared for puppy a wealth of knowledge she had shared and his information folder to start me off as well as a great puppy pack

From the first phone call Janell was amazing . I’d read a few books on finding a good breeder and Janell ticks all the boxes and more. FaceTime with the puppies, pictures every week and regular updates on weight etc.
We wanted to pick Betty up so we flew up to Ballina, rented a car and drove to Janell to meet her and Betty personally. Her property is beautiful-the perfect place to breed and raise a perfect dog .
We love Betty! The sweetest and smartest pup. I’m sure her start in life and Janell’s careful breeding has everything to do with this .
We’ll probably get a brother or sister for Betty and he/she will definitely be another Kloudknine pooch.

We were nervous about purchasing a puppy – we weren't sure to go through a breeder or rescue or whatever. We discovered Janell & never looked back – her care both for the puppy & our family was beyond compare throughout the entire process. I am sure we were quite annoying with our endless questions, but she would always come back promptly with kindness & calm. Bringing a puppy home is a big deal, but we can already see how lucky we are to have had Bear's early life so carefully scaffolded by Janell – Bear is almost toilet & crate trained at just nine weeks! The day we decided we wanted to have a pet again we didn’t know what sort of place we would be buying the puppies from on that day we drove to Glenugie and we were pleasantly surprised by Janell’s whole set up. Not only was she a professional breeder but she was very knowledgeable and we could ask her many questions. She also provided after purchase care where she would check in on us to see how things were going and we could ask any further questions we might have had, it really shows how much love and care was put into these puppies at Kloudknine Australia. Our two pups Chief and Dozer have been an absolute delight, they have been very easy to train and have a love of the outdoors and I believe this is because of how they have been raised before coming home with us.
